Excellent location, comfortable stay, and helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the light and alarm clock panel being loose, but it didn't affect our overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Seoul Station and Namdaemun Market, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and compared well to other hotels in its class. The staff was always ready to assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast included in our stay was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start our day.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a big capital city that was located in the perfect spot, in between two metro stations. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get around. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage with them while we ventured to another city for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and a really nice view. To top it off, breakfast was included and there was a great selection of 20 different local beers to choose from!
